The Lux Talent Management Performance Guarantee: We are committed to your commercial success. If our agency does not secure brand deals for you within one month of joining our management, we provide a guaranteed financial baseline based on your follower count:
50k – 500k followers: $ 2K guaranteed baseline.
500k – 1M followers: $3K guaranteed baseline.
1M – 4M followers: $5K guaranteed baseline.
5M – 10M followers: $10K guaranteed baseline.
